   a. Energy Efficiency and Convenience: We strive to achieve energy savings and convenience by automating visual, auditory, lighting, and HVAC systems in multi-use facilities. 
   
   b. Health and Safety: We provide a healthy living environment through air quality management in residential facilities and detect and predict threatening situations using multimodal sensors, thereby ensuring safety.
   
   c. Technological Innovation: We aim to realize these visions by utilizing key technologies such as context-awareness based sensor signal processing semiconductor systems, visual-auditory automation systems, etc.
